I had braces for my entire Senior year of high school. It was not fun, but I dealt with it knowing that it would be worth it in the end. I had my awesome straight teeth and the thought of braces was far away. Through a few choice and unfortunate circumstances, my retainer wasn't created properly. I wore it like I was told, but inevitably my teeth shifted.
So tomorrow, I'm getting braces put back on for 90 days.
Grrrr. I mean, there are way worse things I could be dealing with, but I am annoyed that this is not even my fault.
Here's a final "before" picture of my teeth before a second round of braces.
As you can see, it's not terrible, but I hate that my front teeth have shifted out of alignment. That's the most apparent issue.
I'll possibly post some pictures tomorrow. Here's what to expect:
I don't really know how it will be. I won't be getting full braces back on, but it will be similar to this.
